REUBEN TACO update: The curing of the brisket is complete and braising in the beer is happening NOW! We are using Solemn Oath Brewery Taproom Exclusive rye stout for the braising. The kraut is done and tastes amazing! Working on the house-made Thousand Island today as well! Everything will be ready by 4PM today!!

St Paddy's time is approaching and Fire It Up will be launching our 6th annual REUBEN TACO THIS WED March 13th @ 4PM, only while supplies last. In-house curing of the beef and fermenting of the cabbage are a long process (up to 10 days), for this reason, when the Reuben Taco runs out, it runs out…until St Paddy's 2020. Get in early before St Paddy's Day! Description: In-house cured grass-fed beef brisket braised with a local craft beer. The corn beef will be topped with a melted local Wisconsin Swiss, our house-made kraut and layered with our made-from-scratch tangy thousand island all in a warm flour tortilla. Beer used for the braising is SOLEMN OATH'S TAPROOM EXCLUSIVE. It's a Rye Stout from Solemn Oath and in collaboration with Chicago's Hopleaf and The Bavarian Lodge. The Taproom Exclusive will also be on tap at the time of the Reuben Taco launch!

Fish Taco w/ Lemon Caper Sauce: Grilled Alaskan wild-caught Cod topped with Napa cabbage, a house-made lemon caper sauce and garnished with an organic tomato/cucumber/onion relish. 100% sustainable. The cod is wild caught by Alaskan fishermen, flash frozen with 15 mins of being caught and shipped directly to us (no middle man so we know exactly where our fish comes from!)
